Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Operations & Maintenance (O&M;)



to lead the execution and management of O&M; projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project operations, ensuring contractual compliance, managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients and government authorities, and driving operational excellence while achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Operations & Maintenance activities for assigned projects.
- Develop and implement project execution and maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance against contractual KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
- Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs are effectively implemented.
