We are looking for a confident and experienced Immigration Counsellor to join our Chennai (Vadapalani) office.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Visitor, and Immigration visa options.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into admissions/sales.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing teams.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.




- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Immigration or Overseas Education Counselling.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Solid counselling, sales, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
