Description
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in technical support and team management within the logistics sector.
- Proven experience in FMS service support and EUS product management is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of operational stability, SLA performance management, and compliance with audit policies.
- Experience in incident and major incident oversight, problem management, and RCA governance.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and change impact oversight.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all defined processes are followed to maintain operational excellence.




- Implement proactive actions for missed SLA calls and introduce new initiatives for service improvement.
- Control attrition by fostering a positive work environment and implementing team bonding activities.
