ob Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, promote products or services, answer customer queries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls from customers.
- Explain products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Update customer details in the CRM or database.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
