Role Description
The YouTube Channel Manager / Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing and growing the company’s YouTube presence, including planning content calendars, coordinating video production, and overseeing video editing workflows. The individual will optimize videos for search and engagement, manage thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and playlists, and monitor analytics to improve performance.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams for marketing campaigns, engaging with audiences through comments and community posts, and repurposing video content across other social media platforms. The role also involves staying current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to drive consistent channel growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong YouTube platform knowledge, including channel management, optimization, analytics, and audience engagement.
