Role Description The Team Lead Product Support will be responsible for leading the Product Support team, managing production support operations, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with Product, Development, QA, and Customer Success teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring approximately 60% technical contribution and 40% team management.



The ideal candidate should enjoy solving complex technical problems while guiding and developing a high-performing support team.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership (60%)
- Provide technical leadership for production support and customer-reported issues.
- Investigate and resolve complex application issues involving .NET, SQL Server, Web APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive solutions.
- Review application logs, debug production issues, and coordinate with Development teams for permanent fixes.
- Support application deployments and release activities using CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor production environments and ensure application availability and performance.
- Collaborate with Product Management during feature releases and production rollouts.
- Participate in architecture and technical discussions to improve product reliability.
