Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Operations Solution Analyst – D365 Operations Lead
with solid expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;)
. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience supporting ERP systems, Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, and enterprise application support in complex integrated environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot business and system issues across D365 Operations modules.
- Support Supply Chain,



Procurement, Sales, Inventory, and Logistics business processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
- Support integrations between D365 Operations and enterprise applications.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployments, and release management.
- Ensure application stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Support AI-driven automation initiatives and modern digital capabilities.
- Prepare functional documentation and support continuous process improvements.
