Experience: 1 to 3
CTC: 2 to 5 LPA

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
Key Skills:
Basic knowledge of DBMS
Linux fundamentals
Familiarity with AI tools
Payments/Banking domain knowledge (preferred)
Requirements:
Monitor applications and transactions
Verify transaction processing
Perform sanity testing
Collect logs and share with the L2 team
Provide initial issue analysis
Coordinate with internal teams and customers
Track incidents until resolution
Good communication skills
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
