Position :Ecommerce Executive

What You Will Do
- Process orders across Jiomart, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio, 1mg, Clinikally, SarinSkin, SkinBB
- Monitor account health, listing status, and seller support tickets across all portals
- Check inventory and stock levels, flag low stock immediately
- Check product pricing and active promotions are correctly live
- Monitor returns and cancellations
- Followup with dispatch team on each dispatch and order
- Share a daily report with the brand Lead by end of day
- Raise and track POs for 1mg, Myntra, Nykaa, Cartfire, Clinikally, SarinSkin, SkinBB
- Nykaa — PO processing, invoice upload, dispatch coordination with Movein
- Ensure all POs are fulfilled on time with zero delays
- Upload new product listings – bulk & single
- Ensure 100% catalogue accuracy at all times
- Weekly order and payment reconciliation across all portals




- Monthly reconciliation support for the accounts team

Who We Are Looking For
- Upto 1 year experience
- Robust attention to detail, errors in listings and POs have real business impact
- Good at Excel and Google Sheets
- Quick learner, willing to pick up marketplace tools and dashboards fast
- Proactive - flags problems before being asked
- Interested in ecommerce, D2C, or skincare is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
