About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – ISP Business to drive the growth of TP-Link's Complete product range i;e Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH)/ Enterprise/SMB / SOHO/ Surveillance /IOT business across the East India region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ISP Management, and ISP CXO level relationships, with a proven track record of developing business with them.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH)/ Enterprise/SMB / SOHO/ Surveillance /IOT business growth and achieve sales targets across the East India region.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs), MSO/ LCO
- Identify, onboard, and activate new ISPs and ISP feeders to expand the regional business network.
- Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and maximize revenue.




- Conduct regular product and technical training programs for ISPs, MSO/ LCO
- Promote and develop the complete TP-Link product portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.
- Ensure effective account management, customer satisfaction, and long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams to deliver seamless customer service.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and periodic performance reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in FTTH Sales, ISP Sales, or Telecom Networking.
- Proven experience in handling ISP accounts.
