Key Responsibilities
- Loan Processing: Guide customers through loan options, calculate EMIs, collect documents (KYC, income proof), and process credit applications through banks or NBFCs.
- F&I; Sales: Pitch and sell value-added products like extended warranties, service packages, and vehicle insurance policies.
- Dealer-Bank Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with local financiers, speed up the file approval process, and ensure timely fund disbursement.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all legal and financial paperwork, including RC transfers and hypothecation, is accurate and compliant with state regulations.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for finance penetration and total F&I; revenue.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in auto finance, banking, direct sales, or NBFCs.




- Skills: Excellent negotiation, mathematical and analytical abilities, and strong customer.
- Knowledge: Understanding of local auto loan markets, interest rates, and dealership management systems

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
