About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
CSR Fundraising Manager / CSR Fundraising & Partnerships Lead




to drive our corporate fundraising initiatives and build long-term partnerships with corporates, foundations, and CSR stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CSR fundraising, proposal development, corporate engagement, and partnership management. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing a strong fundraising pipeline, converting opportunities into strategic partnerships, and contributing to our annual CSR funding goals.

Key Responsibilities

CSR Fundraising & Revenue Generation
- Build and manage a pipeline of 20–25 qualified CSR prospects every month.
- Identify and pursue new corporate CSR funding opportunities.
- Develop and submit 10–15 high-quality CSR proposals and concept notes monthly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective donors and corporate partners.
- Convert qualified opportunities into long-term funding partnerships.
- Contribute towards achieving the annual CSR fundraising target of ₹15 Crore.
