Job Responsibilities
- Sell premium car seat covers, music systems, infotainment units, speakers, amplifiers, reverse cameras, and other automotive accessories.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and explain installation benefits.
- Generate walk-in sales and convert inquiries into successful purchases.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.




- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth customer delivery.
- Maintain product knowledge on the latest automotive accessories and trends.
- Keep the showroom organized, attractive, and customer-friendly.
- Handle quotations, billing coordination, and customer follow-ups.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling automotive accessories.
- Previous experience selling car seat covers, music systems, infotainment units, speakers, or related automotive accessories is mandatory.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales record.
- Passion for automobiles and aftermarket accessories.
- Basic knowledge of different car models and compatibility of accessories.
- Ability to work weekends and during peak business hours when required.
