Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

Build and strengthen the company's brand presence across digital and offline channels.

Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and user retention.





Lead content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives.

Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support revenue growth.

Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI.

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.

Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Develop partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.

Ensure compliance with financial advertising and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

7–12 years of experience in marketing.

Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Prior experience in a FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services company is mandatory.
