We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Intern to support the Human Resources and Accounts teams in daily operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, payroll support, accounting documentation, and financial record management.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Track attendance and leave records.
- Assist in HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Help with maintaining HR policies and compliance records.

Accounts
- Assist in maintaining invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Support data entry in accounting software and Excel.
- Help prepare payment and reimbursement documents.
- Maintain financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
- Support payroll-related documentation.




- Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing MBA/BBA/B.Com/M.Com or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), or Tally/ERP software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
