Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage
overall branch sales operations, including business development,
customer service, and compliance.
- Drive home
loan business growth through direct sourcing, DSA and open-market
channels.
- Build and
maintain strong customer and builder relationships to maximize
business value and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and
implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets.
- Monitor
branch portfolio performance and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure
adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and audit
requirements.
- Collaborate
with Operations and Risk teams to streamline loan processes,
maintain portfolio quality, and control NPAs.
- Oversee
collections for acquired portfolios to ensure healthy asset quality.
- Track market
trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback; recommend
strategies to enhance business outcomes.
- Execute
promotional campaigns, contests, and innovative initiatives to boost
customer acquisition.

- Proven
ability to lead sales teams and manage branch-level PL.

- Robust
analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability.
- Working
knowledge of Excel and sales MIS tools

Educational
Qualifications and Experience:
- < 2?5
years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC;
exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
- Prior
experience in direct customer acquisition and channel sales; strong
local market knowledge and established regional network.
- Minimum
Graduate
