About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition for the UAE market. The role involves identifying prospective clients, generating qualified leads, building relationships with businesses and individuals, and promoting financial solutions such as Mortgages, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, and Business Banking Services through a consultative approach.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B/B2C client acquisition, financial services, banking, mortgage advisory, or international sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.

Identify and engage SMEs,



business owners, entrepreneurs, and salaried professionals requiring financial solutions.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Conduct client consultations to understand financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with UAE-based prospects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads while actively generating self-sourced leads.

Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.

Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.

Consistently achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.

Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights.

Required Skills

Strong B2B/B2C Client Acquisition experience.

Excellent English communication (spoken & written).

Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Prospecting.
