The Role

We’re looking for an
Engagement Manager
to join our Expert Services team in India, supporting global enterprise customers. This is a hands‑on delivery role that blends project management, consulting, and business analysis-ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, pace, and impact.

You’ll be in the driver’s seat from discovery through delivery, keeping teams aligned, risks controlled, and outcomes on track across AI and enterprise SaaS engagements.





Key Responsibilities

• Owns and leads client engagements end-to-end, from discovery through to go-live

• Drives use case definition, business process analysis, and requirements gathering

• Manages engagement governance including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting

• Acts as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across customer and internal teams

• Partners with technical teams to design and shape AI and conversational solutions across platforms such as

ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Slack

• Maintains a strong delivery cadence through explicit communication, demos, and proactive issue management

• Champions quality, consistency, and adoption through structured delivery and effective change management

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or services as an Engagement Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Business Analyst
