Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and React.JS technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting milestones, deadlines, and budgets; monitoring progress against these targets.
- Mentor junior engineers in best practices for coding standards, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud computing platform for deployment and management of applications.
- Experience working on large-scale web applications using React.JS framework for front-end development.
