About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy Management Trainees to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to get hands-on exposure to sales — right from day one.

As a Management Trainee, you will work directly with the leadership team, take on real responsibilities, and contribute meaningfully to building and scaling factori.com.

What You'll Do
- Work closely with the founders and leadership team on day-to-day business operations
- Get hands-on experience across key functions, including sales, marketing, fulfilment, procurement,



and contract manufacturing
- Take ownership of projects and deliverables from your very first week
- Interact with retailers, manufacturers, and partners to understand and solve real business problems
- Contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and help shape the growth strategy of factori.com

Whom We're Looking For
- Graduates or post-graduates in B.Com, BBM, BBA, B.Tech, M.Com, or MBA from a recognised university
- Must have completed graduation/post-graduation (final-year students awaiting results are not eligible)
- Freshers welcome — prior experience is a plus, but not required
- Solid communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Self-starters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Passionate about e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing
- Available to join immediately
