Service Engineer –

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machines.
- Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Attend service calls promptly and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical team for major repairs and unresolved issues.
- Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities.
- Maintain tools, spare parts, and service inventory.
- Provide technical support to the sales team whenever required.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through qualified service.
- Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and emergency breakdown support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
