The Team Manager - Microsoft 365 will be responsible for leading technical support operations, improving team performance, and ensuring efficient delivery of support services.
- Manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring tasks are prioritized, deadlines are met, and service objectives are achieved.
- Lead and motivate team members by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and creating an environment focused on performance and collaboration.
- Communicate strategic objectives, team priorities, and operational updates effectively to ensure alignment across the team.
- Monitor team productivity metrics, performance indicators, and customer satisfaction scores to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance technical skills, productivity, and professional development.
