Hospital Success Executives

Objective

Own end-to-end activation and sustained performance of Pay Rs. 0 across assigned hospitals/ Diagnostic centres.

You will work closely with other hospital success team members to identify opportunities, align hospital teams, train staff, deliver solid booking numbers during live operations, stabilize performance, hand over execution and ensure the same high performance continues after handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand the hospitals patient flow, receptionist led billing process and Pay Rs. 0 potential
- Align hospital leadership, supervisors and receptionists
- Train hospital staff on pitching Pay Rs. 0, eligibility checks and bookings
- Work alongside hospital staff during live operations
- Deliver strong booking numbers during the on-the-job phase
- Demonstrate that the expected performance is achievable
- Identify and solve operational, behavioural and technical challenges
- Share learnings,



challenges and solutions with the wider Team
- Stabilise performance before handing over execution to the hospitals
- Build hospital-level ownership and accountability
- Monitor performance closely after handover
- Support, retrain and intervene whenever performance drops
- Ensure that hospitals continue to deliver the same high performance consistently
- Manage multiple hospitals across different locations within/ outside city
