JD IT Trainee

The IT Trainee will support IT team in manging IT demand, tracking deliverables, coordinating projects, support requests, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between business users and various IT teams. The role provides exposure to IT operations, project management, digital initiatives, infrastructure, application development, and IT governance while building solid analytical and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Track project milestones, deliverables, action items, and timelines, and proactively follow up on pending activities.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application Development, Digital, Information Security, and other IT teams to monitor ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with business users and IT teams to facilitate smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Understand high-level business requirements and document them for further analysis by the respective IT teams.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for project reviews and management meetings.




- Publish periodic project status reports highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key achievements. Escalate risks, delays wherever required
- Monitor IT audit observations and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit action items.
- Maintain and regularly update the IT Asset Register, ensuring accuracy of hardware, software, and other IT asset records.
- Support resource management activities by tracking resource allocation, utilization, availability, and project assignments.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, meeting minutes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other IT records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, and digital technologies.
- Knowledge of project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project,
