Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our international client base for our Market Research services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B business development, international sales, lead generation, and consultative selling. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers,



understanding client research requirements, and scheduling meetings for the senior sales team. The role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent grammar, and confidence in interacting with international clients.

Shift Timings (Rotational) 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads in North America and Europe.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements related to Market Research services.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
