Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth in the construction and real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in both digital and offline marketing, campaign management, vendor coordination, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads in coordination with the sales and pre-sales teams.
- Manage project branding, promotional campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative teams, media partners, and event vendors.
- Organize property exhibitions, launch events, site visit campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI,



and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Manage the company's website, social media platforms, and online reputation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports, budgets, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and sales objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
