Barista & Mocktail Mixologist

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and customer-focused Barista & Mocktail Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and signature mocktails while ensuring consistency, presentation, and exceptional customer experience. We value creativity, and new beverage ideas are always encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages.
- Create professional latte art and coffee art on all applicable beverages. Coffee art is a mandatory skill for this role.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to standard recipes.

Mocktail Preparation
- Prepare all mocktails and specialty beverages as per the menu.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Develop seasonal and signature mocktail recipes to enhance the menu.




- Experiment with current ingredients and beverage combinations to introduce innovative offerings.

Product Innovation
- Regularly propose and create new coffee beverages, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
- Stay updated with current beverage trends and customer preferences.
- Participate in menu development and beverage tasting sessions.

POS & Operational Support
- Assist at the Point of Sale (POS) during peak service hours whenever required.
- Accept customer orders accurately and courteously.
- Generate and update Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) in the POS system to ensure seamless communication with the kitchen.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations during rush hours.

Inventory & Hygiene
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, fruits, garnishes, dairy products, and other beverage ingredients.
- Inform management of inventory requirements before shortages
