- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.
- Execute interior fit-out works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Monitor labour productivity and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Verify measurements and prepare daily progress reports (DPR).
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely delivery to site.
- Inspect materials received and ensure they meet project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
