Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Possession Officer to manage the handover of residential and commercial units. The role involves coordinating with project, sales, CRM, and customers to ensure a smooth and timely possession process while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end possession and handover process of units.
- Conduct pre-possession inspections and identify snag/quality issues.
- Coordinate with the Project, QA/QC, CRM, Sales, and Maintenance teams for timely rectification of defects.
- Prepare possession checklists, handover documents, and customer records.
- Schedule possession appointments with customers.
- Explain unit features, amenities, and maintenance guidelines during handover.
- Ensure all required documents and approvals are completed before possession.
- Maintain possession MIS, reports, and documentation.




- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely closure of customer observations.
- Address customer queries during the possession process and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Ability to identify quality and snagging issues.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and project documentation.
- Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualification
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in possession, quality inspection, site execution, or customer handover in the real estate industry.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience with residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per m
