Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operational knowledge in Store material management
- Material Inward & Outward into Store
- Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct point of storage area.
- Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
- Ensure Received Materials unpack, count, cost/price checking as pr PO and acknowledgment to respective team.
- Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Ensure all store requisitions are signed and approved by concerned Department Lead/ SPOC depending upon the site's operations procedure
- Documents preparation for Materials Movements (Rejection Items, Inter unit transfers, repair and servicing items (Gate pass, DC, RDC & E-Way /Declaration)
- Ensure issue of material only against approved MRN.
- Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches. Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures
- Daily updating in ERP (Internal software) of store records like GRN,
MRN, return from the Lab and facility area
- Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and need. Physical check of inventory "A" Class Monthly, "B" Class Quarterly & "C" Class yearly for better control of stock and ensure there is no excess/short without the reason.
- Ear marking and arranging stocks in store
- Maintain FIFO for Shelf-Life Materials. Identify and report nonmoving parts for better space management
- Monthly closure of inventory activities. All pending activities to be cleared on or before month end closure.
- PR creation for MIN/MAX Items when it reaches to Minimum Level
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.
- Coordination with internal and external stake holders
- Co-ordination with Transporter for material movement
- Record keeping
