About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Executive to manage finance operations, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Keka Payroll, GST compliance, and advanced Excel, preferably in a startup or SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Operations
- Manage end-to-end invoicing, bill processing, expense tracking, and financial records using Zoho Books.
- Perform bank reconciliations and map transactions with invoices and bills.
- Generate and analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports.




- Create MIS reports, trackers, and operational dashboards using advanced MS Excel.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST returns while ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Manage EPF & ESI compliance, including ECR generation and challan submissions.
- Calculate and process Professional Tax (PT) payments within statutory timelines.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.

Payroll Administration
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using Keka.
- Manage attendance, leave records, salary revisions, and payroll reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.

Operations & Administration
- Support daily office administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth business operations.
- Assist management with operational reporting and ad-hoc assignments
