Role & responsibilities

1. To ensure timely delivery of components as per customer schedule including contingencies with minimum inventory.

2. To ensure Quality of Product during Manufacturing as per customer specification all time.

3. Prevent occurrence/ recurrence of any NCs relating to product, process during Manufacturing.

4. To ensure protected & disciplined working on the shop floor at all time.

5. To ensure optimum utilization of resources (machines, man, material, energy; air, water, electricity, etc.)

1) Preparation of daily production report.

2) Maintain rework data in register & analyze it.

3) Ensure all safety requirements, use & safety wares like hand gloves, caps, shoes, safety goggles etc.

4) Loss data report preparation on daily basis, monitor it & take action.

5)



Coordination of production plan for machine & manual on daily basis.

6) Monitoring material movement from one operation to another in consolation with I/C PPC.

7) Daily scrap analysis & maintain entries in register.

8) WIP checking & generating WIP report.

9) Supervision of Shop floor.

10) Monitoring all manual activities of workers.

11) Raw material issue and return.

12) Maintaining Production Logbook.

13) Ensure the production facilities one week before related to tooling and Process plan.

Preferred candidate profile

1). Graduated

2). Minimum 5 years as Production Supervisor in Manufacturing sector
