Job Summary:The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the real estate sales team, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the sales operations. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring that sales goals are met. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyse sales data to create reports on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to sales agents to enhance their skills and performance.
- Set individual sales targets and monitor the performance of each sales agent.
- Client Relationship Management:




- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for key clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Sales Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring that all sales processes are efficient and aligned with company standards.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including sales forecasts and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
- Market Research & Business Development:
