Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's e-commerce growth strategy.
- Manage and optimize online stores, including the company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product cataloguing, pricing, inventory updates, and product descriptions.
- Coordinate product photography, image editing, and content uploads.
- Monitor daily online sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Plan and execute online promotions, festive campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Manage order processing, payment reconciliation, returns, refunds, and customer support.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track inventory availability to minimize stock-outs and overselling.
- Analyze sales reports, customer insights, and marketplace performance to improve revenue.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and market opportunities.




- Ensure a seamless customer shopping experience across all digital platforms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports and present recommendations to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce Management.
- Experience in Jewellery, Fashion, Luxury Retail, or Lifestyle Retail is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing D2C websites and online marketplaces.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Marketplace management experience (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.).
- Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
