Role Description
The Assistant Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Assistant Engineer will support senior engineers in planning, designing, and overseeing fabrication and erection activities for structural engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical drawings and documentation, coordinating with project teams and site supervisors,



assisting in quality checks and inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role also involves monitoring project progress, tracking materials and resources, documenting site activities, and contributing to problem-solving for technical and operational issues. The Assistant Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver projects on time and in line with company quality expectations.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in mechanical or structural engineering principles, including knowledge of fabrication, erection, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and related documentation.
- Proficiency with engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar tools) and basic MS Office skills for reporting and documentation.
