About the Role

IPCS Global Solutions is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Project Engineer – Building Management System (BMS) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Building Automation and related systems and be passionate about training, technical support, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and classroom training on Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Train students on CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Smart Home, ELV, PLC, SCADA, VFD, and Lighting Control systems.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, workshops, and technical sessions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, training manuals, and learning materials.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs at colleges and institutions.




- Travel to branch locations for training, project support, and technical activities when required.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies in Building Automation and Smart Building Solutions.

Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related Electronics discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, or Home Automation.
- Certification in Building/Home Automation is an added advantage.
