About the Role:

Printevr is looking for a proactive, organized, and result-driven Manager (Management & Marketing) to work directly with the Founder. This role involves overseeing daily business operations, assisting in strategic planning, coordinating marketing initiatives, streamlining workflows through automation, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership, solving problems, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Founder on business planning, execution, and decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
- Coordinate with the production, design, sales, and marketing departments.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and brand activities.




- Develop and implement automation systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Track team performance, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare business reports, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, AI tools, and automation platforms.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
