Management Trainee (GES HR Support)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Management Trainee GES HR Support to join our Global Enterprise Services (GES) team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or postgraduates who are looking to build a career in Human Resources within a global shared services environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience supporting HR operations across multiple regions while learning HR processes, systems, and service delivery standards. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute to delivering efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR support to employees and stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities across the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding activities for recent hires, including documentation and coordination.
- Respond to employee queries through HR ticketing systems under the guidance of senior team members.




- Prepare employment-related letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
- Help maintain HR data quality across HR systems and ensure timely updates.
- Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards as required.
- Support process documentation and contribute ideas for process improvements.
- Participate in HR projects, audits, and compliance activities.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
