The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable integrations between Workday and third-party systems while developing custom business applications that enhance Workday functionality. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems. Build custom applications using Workday Extend to address business requirements not met by standard Workday functionality. Develop integrations using: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Workday Studio Core Connectors Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)



Workday APIs Configure and support inbound and outbound integrations. Create calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards to support integrations and Extend applications. Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues. Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Security, and third-party vendors throughout implementation and support activities. Participate in Workday releases by evaluating impacts, testing integrations, and implementing enhancements. Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures. Follow Workday best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
