Valenso Spaces is a premium corporate interior design and build company specializing in high-quality corporate office fit-outs. We are looking for an experienced Cost & Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals while supporting profitable project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for corporate interior projects

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Obtain and compare vendor quotations

• Prepare material, labour, and MEP cost estimates

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams

• Prepare commercial proposals and tender submissions

• Monitor estimate vs actual project cost

• Support value engineering and cost optimization

Required Skills :





• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis

• Experience in corporate interior fit-out estimation

• Knowledge of MEP, joinery, civil, and finishing works

• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

• Understanding of project costing and margin analysis

Software Skills :

• Advanced MS Excel

• AutoCAD

• Cost estimation software (preferred)

• MS Office

Qualifications :

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Quantity Surveying

• 5–10 years of relevant experience

• Experience in interior contracting is preferred
