About Latinum:
Latinum is seeking an experienced FP&A; Leader for their clients to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance management, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong FP&A; background, experience in finance transformation, and the ability to partner with business leaders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning processes.
- Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Actual vs Forecast).
- Manage financial reporting, MIS, KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive CapEx, OpEx, project planning, project accounting, accruals, and prepayments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial performance and cost optimization.
- Consolidate financial results and present key business insights to leadership.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and adoption of GenAI solutions.
- Lead and develop finance teams while ensuring process compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- MBA (Finance) or Semi-Qualified CA.
- 15+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;).
- Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, MIS reporting, financial reporting, business partnering, and performance management.
- Experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and business value creation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work in global time zones, including night shifts, when required.
