Position Overview:-

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will spearhead the academy’s sales initiatives—actively sourcing, engaging, and converting leads into enrollments to drive revenue growth. You will showcase the value of our programs through persuasive presentations and personalized outreach, close sales opportunities, and exceed enrollment targets. Utilizing CRM insights and data-driven strategies, you’ll nurture relationships with prospects and families, ensuring each interaction moves them further down the sales pipeline while maintaining a top-tier customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and on-site interactions.



Drive enrollment targets by converting prospects into enrolled students.
- Sales & Upselling: Present and sell academy programs (camps, memberships, clinics) and add-on services. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional training modules, merchandise, or event tickets.
- Onboarding & Client Engagement: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students and maintain ongoing engagement with enrolled students and their parents, providing guidance and information to maximize their experience at the academy.
- Customer Support: Provide prompt, professional responses to customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels and reinforce a positive academy image.
