About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed space planning and furniture layouts.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, fabrics, and accessories.
- Create design presentations and obtain client approvals.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Technical Drawings
- Prepare and review:
- Layout Plans
- Furniture Layouts
- Ceiling Plans
- Electrical & Lighting Layouts
- Flooring Layouts
- Elevations & Sections
- Detail Drawings
- Working Drawings
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural consultants.

Project Management




- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare project timelines and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular site visits.
- Ensure design execution matches approved drawings.
- Resolve site issues and provide technical solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Client Management
- Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
- Present concepts and design proposals professionally.
- Manage revisions and maintain robust client relationships.
- Ensure high client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior designers.
- Review drawings prepared by the design team.
- Allocate tasks and monitor deliverables.
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks.

Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Estimation Team
- Procurement Team
- Site Engineers
- Project Managers
- Vendors & Manufacturers
- Ensure timely material selection and approvals.
