ABOUT THE ROLEFOX is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our Bangalore-based Consumer Product Engineering and broader technical teams.





You’ll be responsible for sourcing and securing top-tier technical talent in one of the most competitive markets in the world. Success in this role requires deep familiarity with hiring challenges specific to India, including long notice periods, high competition for top candidates, and frequent counter-offer scenarios. You'll partner closely with local and global stakeholders to design recruiting strategies that address these realities while building strong, lasting pipelines for Fox Tech.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Consumer Product Engineering and other Fox Tech teams in India
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, develop interview plans, and align on candidate profiles
- Build solid candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant, with a focus on proactive, outbound sourcing
- Use AI tools like Enterprise GPT to accelera
