As we continue to grow, we're looking for an HR Manager who wants to be part of a high-growth journey and play a key role in shaping our culture, people practices, and future team.

This isn't a role where you'll just maintain records and process paperwork. You'll work directly with leadership, influence hiring decisions, improve employee experience, and help build the foundation for our next stage of growth.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end recruitment across kitchen, outlet, and corporate teams
- Building a strong employer brand and attracting great talent
- Creating smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
- Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives




- Managing employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit
- Coordinating attendance, payroll inputs, and HR compliance
- Supporting managers with performance and people-related matters
- Improving HR systems, policies, and processes as the company scales

Who You'll Work With

You'll work closely with founders, operations leaders, and department heads, giving you direct exposure to business decisions and opportunities to make a visible impact.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of HR experience
- Strong recruitment and employee management skills
- Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, food service, startup, or similar fast-paced environments preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership and solving problems
- A positive, people-first mindset with a strong execution focus
