Key Skillsets :
- Robust fundamentals in chemistry, with a comprehensive understanding of materials science and device physics relevant to OLED displays




- Demonstrated domain expertise in OLED materials, device physics, and evaporation processes,
- Ability to support and manage technical programs involving internal teams and external partners like universities and material Suppliers
- Working knowledge of materials synthesis, processing, and behavior across development and testing stages
- Handson experience (or) strong working knowledge of material characterization techniques including DSC, TGA, NMR, ATR-IR, GC and Melting point analysis etc.
- Solid understanding of OLED device testing and performance evaluation
- Ability to analyze experimental data and correlate material properties with processing conditions and performance trends
- Capability to track technical progress, facilitate technical discussions and provide structured updates to management
- Ability to drive alignment, facilitate decisions and support timely execution across stake
