Role Overview

The Business HR role is a strategic and operational position responsible for managing HR Generalist functions, Manpower Staffing Solutions (Temporary & Permanent), Revenue Generation, Client Management, Accounts Coordination, and Office Administration. The role demands strong ownership, process orientation, and accountability across people, business, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Staffing Solutions & Business Operations

● Own and manage the Manpower Staffing Solutions vertical (Temporary & Permanent Staffing) with a profit-oriented revenue model.

● Identify, onboard,



and manage new and existing clients for staffing services.

● Create, negotiate, and execute staffing and service agreements with clients.

● Ensure staffing operations meet revenue, margin, and collection targets.

● Track business performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance profitability.

2. Client Management & Coordination

● Act as the primary point of contact for staffing and HR clients.

● Ensure timely delivery of manpower as per client requirements.

● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.

● Coordinate for invoicing, collections, follow-ups, renewals, and escalations.

● Maintain accurate client records, agreements, and compliance documents.

3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
