Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Back Office) to manage backend sales coordination, enquiry handling, quotation submission, commercial follow-ups, and order processing activities.

The candidate will coordinate the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order confirmation by handling customer communication, commercial offers, negotiation follow-ups,



and internal coordination with different departments.

This role primarily involves handling the complete backend sales workflow:

Enquiry → Offer Submission → Follow-Up / Chase-Up → Negotiation Coordination → Offer Review etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Process Coordination
- Manage complete backend sales coordination activities from enquiry stage to order closure
- Handle enquiries received through digital business channels and online business platforms
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for pricing, specifications, and product details
- Coordinate quotation preparation, commercial offers, and offer submissions
- Conduct regular follow-ups (chase-up) with customers regarding submitted quotations and offers
- Coordinate negotiation discussions and commercial revisions with internal departments
- Maintain proper tracking of enquiry status, Won/Lost reports, and sales pipe
