Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive sales growth, expand dealer and distributor networks, and build strong relationships with farmers across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in agriculture sales and a passion for helping farmers adopt modern farming solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Generate new business through direct farmer engagement.
- Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness programs.
- Promote vegetable nursery plants, tissue culture banana plants, fertilizers, pesticides, plastic mulch, and polyhouse solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and management teams for timely deliveries.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business plans.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term business relationships.

Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc.



Agriculture / B.Tech Agricultural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture sales.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Vegetable Nursery
- Tissue Culture Banana
- Fertilizers
- Pesticides
- Seeds
- Polyhouse
- Drip Irrigation
- Plastic Mulch
- Strong dealer development and channel sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
