Key Responsibilities

Display leadership in setting and supporting other functions. Strategic interaction will be
with Sales, Production, Business Creation, Global Customer Delight for achievement of
overall business objectives of customer satisfaction.
To identify new products based on customer needs or market demands.
To effectively implement product strategies, product positioning by constantly updating the
business team withmarket trends and competitive intelligence. Gain competitive insight and take
timely action to seize current opportunities or to develop defensive strategies appropriately.
Must have detailed knowledge about Flexible, Rigid and elastomer foams.
Must have knowledge of PU machine Troubleshooting.
Must be willing to travel for trials and troubleshooting.
Knowledge about blowing agents, catalyst and additives.
Knowledge about Isocyanate handling, lab storage and facilities,



lab instruments and inspections
